The auto shipping process begins when you speak with customer service representative to reserve your transport. At this time you will be asked information about your vehicle, available date, pickup location, delivery location, and your contact information. Once the order has been placed, your customer service agent will begin locating a truck to pick up your vehicle. You will receive a phone call or email notification once your order has been dispatched to a truck, this notification will include your estimated pickup and delivery dates. Truck drivers are instructed to call you at least 24 hours prior to the pickup and delivery to arrange a time for the meeting. At the time the vehicle is loaded, you will be asked to perform an inspection and to sign a bill of lading, which documents the condition of the vehicle before transport; this will also be done at delivery.
